Kristen (right, with Sarah and Kelsey) is a co-founder of PCC. Kristen has over 18 years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism, and special mental health needs. Her experience also includes work in health care / clinical settings at Children’s hospital of Philadelphia, Phoenixville Hospital, and Penn Medicine Lancaster General. Kristen has a graduate degree in Social Work.

Brian (left, with Zach on a mission in bad weather) is a co-founder of PCC and the Executive Director of the Partners Foundation.  Brian was inspired to start PCC from his vantage at Adesha Village, where he saw the scarcity of meaningful and inclusive employment opportunities for adults with developmental differences. Brian has a degree in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience, a graduate degree in Social Work, is a certified yoga instructor and a life-sharing householder.

Mark is a founding member of Green Lion Breads and a co-founder of PCC. Mark began baking bread 15 years ago with the bakery at Camphill Village U.S.A. in Copake, NY., working as a social therapist and baking with folks with special needs. He was inspired to study bread and baking seriously, and as the bread improved so did the dignity within the work life for all involved.
